As a small business we are trying to do everything we can to be as eco-friendly as possible. All our parcels are packaged using plastic free, 100% recyclable materials. This includes eco-friendly packing tape, cardboard boxes, corrugated card or paper envelopes, and paper or cardboard padding. Where possible we will re-use packaging from our suppliers, so if your box doesn't look brand new, don't worry your products inside most definitely are.

We would like to point out that as we source our stock from other businesses, any plastic or shrink wrap placed on a product from those suppliers to protect the item or keep it clean will not be removed by us. We want the item to arrive with you in the same condition it has left us and is also to keep the item in a saleable condition in the case of a return.  

 

Finally, you will not find a printed invoice in your parcel. As we are such a small business it feels an unnecessary use of paper. You will receive a copy by email and should you have any questions please email jenni@curiouslittlesplay.com.
